  From Weber City, Va. turn on Yuma Rd. {Rt. 614} at Holston View Cemetery.  Go 2.6 miles and turn left on Colonial Post Office Rd.  First house on the left.  
     
  Terms  
  Terms on Real Estate is 10% down on sale day and balance with delivery of deed within 30 days. Terms on personal property is cash or good check sale day. A 10% buyers premium will be added to the high bid on all personal property.
