10% down sale day,
45% in 6 months and 45% in 12 months with 6% interest from July 25th 2009
taking notes and retaining a lien or deed of trust on the land for further
security. Closing to be within 30 days. Or 10% down on sale day and balance
with delivery of deed within 30 days. Upset bids will be allowed for 10 days
after auction date with a minimum 10% raise of the bid price of real estate.
Upset bids must be in the same combinations that was the final bid
combinations at the auction. Sale must be approved by Sullivan County TN
Chancery Court #K0034047(M). A 5% Buyers Premium will be added to the
high bid to determine the final sale price of real estate. |

From Rogersville, take route 347 East, go 9.1 miles bear right on 347 East
(Beech Creek Road) go 11.5 miles, property on Beech Creek Road and Light
Hollow Road. |
